I see a label associated with a provider response, what does it mean?

Responses to ratings on RateMDs come from a provider or authorized staff member. Our Rating Response Label can help you understand how and where a rating response was published on RateMDs.

Currently, we only have one response label.

"RateMDs Dashboard"

These rating responses have been posted from a claimed profile's dashboard on RateMDs.com by a healthcare provider and/or their staff. Click here for more information on how providers can claim their profiles on RateMDs.

We may be adding the ability for providers to respond to ratings through third-party software in the future.
