If you see a rating that you think should be removed, you can flag the rating for our team to review.
To flag a rating:
- Look for the flag button. It is located underneath the respective rating.
- Clicking on this Flag button and complete the pop-up prompts.
All flagged ratings are reviewed by our Rating Validation Team and ratings that are in violation of our guidelines will be removed. Generally, the turnaround time is 3 business days. Please keep in mind that, currently, you will not receive a response from the flagging system.
Flagging a rating does not mean the rating will be removed. All flagged ratings will be reviewed by our Rating Validation Team, only those that are in violation of our guidelines will be removed. In the case our team is unable to have it taken down, we would recommend you to claim your profile and submitting a response to the rating.
If there is no flag option, it means:
- The rating has been flagged and is waiting to be reviewed. Or,
- The rating has been flagged, reviewed, and re-approved meaning our Rating Validation Team was unable to remove it.
