Why is my provider not listed on RateMDs?

If you are unable to find your healthcare provider, it may simply mean no one has created a profile for him/her yet.


The following interactive guide will help assist you through this process.


Once the request has been reviewed and approved by our team, the profile listing will then be generated. This is usually done within 1 business day, however, it may take up to 3 business days depending on the volume of requests we receive.


A new profile listing will not be generated if the profile creation request is rejected. The most common reasons for rejections would be profile duplication or failure to verify the provider's registration with their respective governing bodies.
