I'm a provider, how do I respond to my ratings?

Modified on Mon, 29 Jul at 10:28 AM

Responding to ratings is a great way to engage with your patients and actively build your online reputation. It is one of the ways to show your dedication to providing exceptional experiences for future patients.

The Rating Response is also a great tool for you to invite the patients back to contact your office directly to resolve any potential issues and/or to share some insights into your standard practice procedures to help educate prospective, future patients.

When responding to a rating, keep in mind the protected health information (PHI) and do not share these details. Additional examples of PHI can be found here.

After you have claimed your profileyou will be able to post a provider response to a rating by following the steps below:

  1. Login to RateMDs.

  2. Click 'Ratings' on the left sidebar.

  3. Use the text box below a rating to compose a response.

  4. Click "Add Response".

Your response must be between 50 to 5,000 characters.
